ANALYSIS:
Kennesaw State is not one of the better teams in Division I this year. Ranked 335th overall (out of 353) in our most recent ratings, they presently have a record of 6-26. They are also ranked by this site as the worst team (out of nine) in the Atlantic Sun (average ranking 211.4).

Kennesaw State has a very tough time coming by points on offense. Scoring about 90 points for every 100 trips upcourt vs. AO, they are woefully ranked #338 in offensive efficiency. Kennesaw State is among the worst of the worst when it comes to field goal shooting. The team is rated #345 in the country in field goal percentage, making good on a meager 38.5% of their attempts vs. AO. Their struggles are especially obvious close to the basket, as the team shoots just 51.2% in near-proximity field goal percentage vs. AO (ranked tenth from the bottom in the NCAA). Kennesaw State also tends to be very careless with the ball and allows far too many breakaway opportunities off of their own turnovers. Though they rate better on defense than they do on offense, Kennesaw State still isn't one of the more capable defensive teams in college hoops.
