ANALYSIS:
Regardless of what the win percentage says, PV A&M isn't a very good team this year. Ranked 242nd overall (out of 353) in our most recent ratings, they presently have a record of 22-13. Of the 10 schools in the SWAC (average ranking 310.2), they're currently ranked as our #2 team in the conference.

PV A&M is not one of the better offensive teams you will find. They are rated #271 in efficiency on that end of the court and only score about 97 points for every 100 possessions vs. AO. PV A&M has been below-average more times than not when shooting three-pointers this year. They are ranked 291st in three-point field goal percentage nationally and make just 32.2% of their attempts from long vs. AO. If PV A&M does have a strength offensively, it would have to be the team's care for the ball. The squad has a rating of 9.42 in potential points allowed off of steals vs. AO, which ranks 35th in the college game.

Though they rate better on defense than they do on offense, PV A&M still isn't one of the more capable defensive teams in college hoops. CURIOUS TRENDS:

	When playing teams that tend to get off more shots, PV A&M usually performs worse than average. PV A&M is more efficient than normal 21% of the time when facing clubs that have an offensive field goal attempt rate vs. AO greater than 82.53. In all other contests, PV A&M performs better than average 75% of the time.
	PV A&M is typically worse vs. teams that aren't terribly skilled defensively. Against foes that have a defensive efficiency rating vs. AO greater than 106.35, PV A&M performs above their norm 33% of the time. Against the remaining opposition, the team performs above average 75% of the time.
	When facing teams that do not defend well on the perimeter, PV A&M often performs worse than normal. PV A&M is more efficient than usual 42% of the time when facing teams that have a defensive three-point field goal percentage vs. AO greater than 34.20%.
