Per this website's calculations, UMass Lowell is somewhere between an average to slightly above-average D1 ball-club. They are ranked #126 (out of 363) in the most recent Haslametrics ratings and have a record of 26-8. They are also ranked by this site as the #2 team (out of nine) in the America East (average ranking 246.3). With a strength-of-schedule rating of 0.235 (which ranks eighth from the bottom in the nation), UMass Lowell has faced some of the easiest opponents in all of college basketball.
