ANALYSIS:
Rutgers is not one of the better teams in Division I this year. Carrying a record of 7-25, they are currently rated #290 overall (out of 351) in All-Play Percentage this season. Of the 14 schools in the Big Ten (average ranking 80.5), they're currently ranked as the worst team in the conference.
